Ann Summerlin, Board Certified Nurse
Ann Summerlin is Lee King Wellness’ Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. She is a graduate of Troy State University in Troy, Alabama. Ann began her nursing profession in Montgomery, Alabama at the Baptist Medical Center working in General Medical Surgical Nursing, as well as the ICU and ER. While holding multiple administrative positions, Ann earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration and Consultation. She returned to school in 1998 to complete the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
When Ann isn’t caring for our wonderful patients, she enjoys spending time with family and serving in her church ministries. Ann is a proud Delta Sigma Theta Sister who during football season, you can see her cheering on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
Rainey Brown, board-certified nurse practitioner
Rainey Brown is a board-certified, Nurse Practitioner with an extensive background in Emergency Medicine. She received her BSN from Troy University before returning to get her MSN from Auburn University. In 2021, Rainey began her career as a mid-level provider with GoMed, a mobile urgent care service.
When she is not working, Rainey enjoys family time with her husband and three boys. Outside of being a mom, Rainey enjoys wine night with friends, spending time with family, listening to audiobooks and taking Barre classes.
